Your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer exchanges or returns for defective products.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
It is the buyer's responsibility to contact us within 7 business days of receiving the defective product. Otherwise, no exchange or return will be granted. All items must be returned in their original condition. Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for all costs including shipping and customs duties and proof of delivery for all exchanges or returns.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at afterservice@erasmart.com. If your exchange or return is accepted, we will send you an exchange or return shipping label and an address to ship the package. Items sent back to us without a prior exchange or return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
If the machine has been refilled with ink, no exchanges or returns will be accepted. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if a refund has been approved.
