Shipping method
- We provide services through DHL international express, and the ink and machine can be shipped together.
Shipping cost
- Some countries can enjoy free shipping service, and other remote countries charge partial shipping costs. The actual shipping cost is subject to the invoice.
- All product prices do not include import duties and VAT. Customers need to handle customs clearance matters by themselves, and we will provide the necessary documents to assist with customs clearance. If you need customs clearance documents, please contact our customer service team.
Processing time
- Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours after payment.
Shipping time
- Depending on the destination, the shipping time is usually 5-14 working days.
Tracking information
- After all orders are shipped, we will provide a DHL package tracking number. You can check the package status on the [DHL tracking website](https://mydhl.express.dhl).
Special circumstances
- In case of special weather or other force majeure events, the shipping time may be extended.
Returns and exchanges
- All products undergo strict quality inspections before production and shipment. We can provide factory inspection videos. If you need inspection videos, please contact our customer service team.
- Once the printer has been filled with ink, returns and exchanges are not supported. If your exchange or return is accepted, we will send you an exchange or return shipping label and the address to send the package. Items sent back to us without a prior exchange or return request will not be accepted. Please note that the original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for all costs and proof of delivery for all exchanges or returns, including shipping and customs duties.
Abnormal situation handling
- If the package is lost or damaged during transportation, please keep relevant evidence and contact customer service within 24 hours after receiving the goods.
