Delivery and Shipping

1. For orders shipped from China warehouse, the default shipping method is DHL. For orders shipped from US warehouse, the default shipping method is UPS or FedEx, and the delivery time is 5-14 working days.

2. The printer and ink will be shipped together via DHL

When to change the air filter?

It depends a lot on the use and how often it is used. If your use is continued, we would recommend that you replace it every 3 months. If it is used less frequently, once you detect that the filter is very dirty or that it is not filtering properly, it is time to replace it with a new one.
